Terms of Service

Utmio is a private ad-attribution and profit dashboard that shows an online store owner which Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads lead to WooCommerce sales. By signing in, or by connecting a store or ad account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Utmio.

Your account

Utmio is available only to people the owner has added. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

What you are responsible for

• Having the right to connect the WooCommerce store and the Meta ad accounts you connect, for example because you own them or are authorized to manage them.
• Following Meta's terms and policies (including the Meta Platform Terms) and WooCommerce's terms.
• Telling your store's visitors and customers how their data is used, and getting their consent where the law requires it. This covers the tracking script and sending purchase events to Meta.

Acceptable use

Don't try to reach data that isn't yours, disrupt or overload the service, or use it to break the law or the rules of Meta or WooCommerce.

Reported numbers

Utmio combines data from your store, your ad accounts and Meta. Attribution is an estimate, and figures can be late, incomplete, or different from what Meta Ads Manager or WooCommerce shows. We give no warranty that the numbers are accurate or complete, so please don't rely on them alone for financial, tax or legal decisions.

Service and liability

Utmio is provided “as is”, without warranties, and may be unavailable or change at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or ad spend decisions made using Utmio's numbers.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the service is abused, or if Meta or the law requires it. You can stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts and asking us to delete your data. See the data deletion page.

Your data

How data is collected and used is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Utmio after a change means you accept it.
